1) SEO Consultant – With the growth of the internet and everyone coming online for business and personal reasons, it is more important than ever to be able to get websites ranked highly in search engines. Most people don’t have a clue how to do search engine optimization (SEO) properly nor do they have the desire or time to learn. Social media is all the rage right now but relatively few people know how to truly use it properly and effectively for business marketing. So there is huge potential for those who do. One of the hottest ways to make money online in 2011 is being a social media marketing coach for internet marketers, small business owners, and even large companies. If you got the skills they can definitely pay the bills.

As I said, it’s impossible to say what the absolute top five are because everyone has their own needs and preferences. However, these are certainly among the best of the best. How to Make Money Fast When You Desperately Need It
We have all found ourselves in situations, whether we knew it was coming or not, where we desperately needed to earn some extra money very quickly. If this has never happened to you then consider yourself very lucky. But since you are reading this post right now, I am going to assume you have found yourself in a situation where you really need make money fast for whatever reason.
Usually when someone comes to me asking how to make money fast on the internet I tell them to keep dreaming because it’s not going to happen. I say that because typically when it is asked they are wanting to know how to build a sustainable income overnight and quit their jobs the next day. That’s not going to happen! It takes a lot of time and hard work to build a real online business that is bringing in the kind of money you can live off.
However, there are a few ways to quickly earn extra money when you really need it most and you won’t need to learn how to build an internet business in order to do them. You aren’t going to get rich off these methods but they can certainly help when you are in a bind. I have quickly discussed some of them for you…
* Craigslist.org – There’s a section on CL called “gigs” and you can almost always find several odd jobs (gigs) in your area that people are paying to have done for them. A few years ago I found a listing on there from a lady offering $200 just to move a dresser out to her garage. I called up a friend of mine to help me and we went to move it for her. It took us around 5 minutes to actually do it plus another 20 minutes of drive time, so we each made $100 in less than 30 minutes. There are plenty of gigs like that posted on CL all the time. Usually they aren’t quite as easy or pay as well as the one I did, but you can certainly earn some extra money when you desperately need it.
Another way you can use Craigslist to make money fast is by selling things on it. This is probably the most obvious use of it since it is one of the main reasons for the existence of the site. You certainly have various items sitting in your basement, storage, closet, or even in plain sight that you really don’t need to keep around anymore. Selling them is a great way to earn extra cash while also freeing up some space in your home.
* Fiverr.com – This is another place where you get paid to do gigs for people. Just as it says on their site, it’s the place where people do things for $5 each. You can find people doing just about everything imaginable on there for five bucks. You certainly have some sort of skill that people would pay you for. Post your own gig on there and you might earn a few hundred extra dollars within the next month, and you can start on it right now.
* Get Paid To (GPT) – You can find all sorts of “get paid to” sites also known simply as GPT sites on the internet where you can quickly earn extra money doing simple things such as taking online surveys, doing free offers, playing online games, commenting on blogs, posting in forums, and many other things. A couple of the most popular and legitimate GPT sites are project payday and cash crate, but there are many others. Don’t expect to replace your salary from them but you can certainly make some easy money when needed. And they are almost always free to join so that helps a lot too.
The three options listed above can be your savior when you are in a desperate situation and need to make money fast. They will still take a little time and effort. Nothing is THAT quick and easy. But they don’t take an unreasonable amount of learning, time, or work. So you can get started on them right away to come up with the quick cash you need to get out of the situation you are in.
