Poor Customer Service From CyberHub: A Review
I’ve used CyberHub for years now and spent literally thousands of dollars buying content from them. They charge $0.006/word which is pretty hard to beat on the internet. Sure my outsourcers write a little cheaper than that, but when I want big amounts of content I use CyberHub… that is until now. Almost a year ago (March 27 & 30, 2010) I put in a big order with them for around $200 worth of content and it STILL hasn’t been sent. I send them emails about my orders (CH08689 & CH08781) and they DO NOT respond… at all.
CyberHub has always been slow, and I’ve tolerated that because I send big orders and they offer good prices. But what I won’t tollerate is people ignoring my emails, and essentially STEALING my money.
Now I’ll admit that I have used their service since then, and they have actually responded to support requests about other orders, but when I email about my old orders they won’t send me a thing. So let’s hope that heading out in the blogging world and posting about their poor service on a popular MMO blog will be enough to get them off their butts, and I’ll make a note here if they rectify the situation, but for now:
DO NOT USE CYBERHUB!
Even better, send them an email to admin@cyberhubonline.com and tell them that you won’t be using their service so long as you hear about things like this you never will.
Anyway just a quick warning to people, and a quick lesson to CyberHub about providing crappy service to people… you never know who has a voice.
The Keyword Academy Review
So a lot of people out there are wondering how to make money online, and it can be tough, especially for beginners. Courtney Tuttle and Mark Butler don’t make these kind of promises, but what they do is give you a clear road map for how to make real online passive income with a bit of hard work and dedication. This road map takes the form of the core videos that take you through the basics of making money online, from setting up a site, to how to choose a keyword, how to get your site ranked for keywords, and finally how to monetize your site. Have more questions after you watch the webinars? Well that’s not an issue because there are hundreds of experts on their friendly forum who are happy to answer any questions you might have. It’s a great additional resource.
For people more advanced in the make money online world there are some great benefits of The Keyword Academy for them too. Included with your subscription is the guest posting system called Post Runner (which allows you to automatically post articles on other peoples sites to build backlinks, rankings, and traffic) and also a very useful keyword selection tool called Niche Refinery that scans for low competition keywords that will help you make money with niche sites.
On top of that you also now get “streamline” – A task management tool to help support your business processes. This is another cool (and useful) part of being a TKA member.
They are also constantly growing their knowledge base and producing webinars for their advanced members. A recent video series was about how to bump your sites from getting some traffic to gaining “massive traffic”. They continue to teach to both levels of students with regular updates.
In my opinion, the best part about the keyword academy is the PostRunner guest posting system. That alone is worth the membership cost without even taking into consideration everything else that comes with the TKA membership. It is an awesome way to get backlinks, traffic, increase search engine rankings, and ultimately make more money!
So, I guess what I am trying to say is that my review of the keyword academy is very positive. If I had to recommend just one resource for making money online there’s no doubt that TKA is it!
In summary, there really is something for everyone inside the keyword academy. As an experienced online business owner I personally find the guest posting system and the keyword selection tool to be more than worth the membership costs. And if you are a new or struggling internet marketer you will definitely find the information they teach to be a goldmine. It truly is a killer system! The private forum is also a great place to ask questions and share ideas. Heck, if you sign up I’ll see you there.
